Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations: Sessions MUST be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance to qualify for rescheduling. - Refunds: No refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. No refunds for no-shows or unused bookings - Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule will only be accepted if received 48 hours or more before the session date. Availability is not guaranteed and may result in a later rescheduled time.
