How to Register
For Tiktok Live Sales
If you are not an existing customer in our data base and would like to participate in our amazing TikTok Live Sales you must first fill out our Registration Form.
By completing and submitting our TikTok Live Sale registration form you are agreeing to our terms & conditions for participating in our TikTok Live Sales.
Live Sale Terms & Conditions
Everyone is welcome to participate in our Live Sales.
To purchase during a live sale, you must first register your details as well as process through the one-off $20.00 Live Sale Deposit (please see our deposit listing for full details)
All items that are shown in our Live Sales are available for purchase. If you claim an item/s during our Live Sales, you are agreeing to purchase/pay for that item/s. To claim items during our Live Sales, you simply type the item number for that item to make your claim. Several people may try to claim an item - the first valid claim through on our end will be the winner of the claim. The order of winning claim may appear different on your phone. We will read aloud who won each claim.
All items that you claim will be added to your basket. You can add as many items as you would like throughout the sale, remembering that what you claim will need to be paid for.
The following day, all items in your basket will be invoiced (and if a first time claimer, your $20.00 registration deposit will be deducted) and emailed through to you. (Please ensure your email address is accurate on the registration form).
Full payment will be required with 48 hours of invoicing. Any unexplained non-payers will be permanently blocked from participating in our live sales and will forfeit the $20.00 registration deposit.
Live Sale Payment Plans
Payment Plans are only available for orders $100 and above. We have limited spots available for payment plans and they are NOT guaranteed. Payment plans are available for returning customers only. First-time claimers are not eligible for payment plans. These are reserved as a thank-you for our ongoing customers and soul fam.
Payment Plan Terms & Conditions
We offer in-house payment plans to be able to give our beautiful customers another payment option. Payment plans are available for returning customers only. First-time claimers are not eligible for payment plans.
To be eligible for a payment plan, you must complete our payment plan application AND be approved. A payment plan application is required for EACH payment plan.
Payment plans have the following structure:

Orders from $100 to $200 - 2 weeks only

Orders from $201 to $400 - 3 weeks only

Orders $401 to $600 - 4 weeks only

Orders above $600 - 5 weeks only
Payment plans MUST be approved by Our Soul's Essence admin. You must be able to commit to your first payment within 48 hours of the payment plan being created. The remaining payments MUST be paid of the remainder of your approved payment plan time - you will receive an invoice for each part payment and will have 48 hours to pay from time of invoicing.
If the FIRST payment of your payment plan is not received within the 48 hour time frame, your payment plan will be terminated and payment will be required in full with a 24 hour payment deadline. If you are unable to pay your total items in full, your claimed items will be restocked and you will be unable to participate in future live sales.
If you are unable to make your scheduled payment, please make contact with us immediately to advise us of the delay. If a payment is missed without notification, your payment plan will be terminated and the balance will be required to be paid in full within 48 hours.
If you cancel your payment plan, we will not refund any payment/s that have been received. Items to the value of your payments will be packaged up and shipped out. You will be required to pay shipping on these items.
By entering into one of our payment plans, you are agreeing to the above mentioned payment plan terms and conditions.
